The Executive Assistant has carried out a range of activities for Ascend Rugs since 2006. These include debtors’ management, initial set up and regular maintenance of all filing systems, ongoing database management, supervision of the company’s website, and managing the production of our Product Manual as well as various brochures and labels. Berny also communicates, on behalf of Ascend, with our clients on a regular basis. At all times Berny has performed to a high standard of execution and timeliness, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

John Grainger, Director, Ascend Rugs Ltd

The Executive Assistant Administrators the Christchurch Agency for Energy (CAfE), a virtual organisation with no staff and a small team of three on part-time contract.  Berny’s roles have included organising meetings for the CEO and CAfE; Minuting Board meetings; editing and writing reports; organising tours and events; maintaining databases; managing the Agency’s work plans and follow up points; commissioning work such as the Annual Report production; running and administering the most significant CAfE programme  (the EECA-funded Energyfirst design grants scheme for Christchurch buildings); and general tasks that the other two permanent team members or occasional staff can’t do. Her work and input to CAfE has been exemplary and an essential contributor to the achievements that CAfE has made in the last two years.  Often she has to provide the structure and communication for CAfE in their work with other organisations and individuals, and has had to anticipate and resolve issues to keep things operating.

Sam Fisher, Marketing & Communications Manager, CAfE

Bernadette Sanders, The Executive Assistant, has performed a range of work for Convergence on behalf of our clients. This includes preparing high level briefing documents, creating and updating databases, proof reading, PowerPoint presentations and conducting surveys on behalf of our own clients.

Everything we get Berny to do is undertaken promptly, on time, accurately, and without fuss. We highly recommend The Executive Assistant.

Convergence Communications & Marketing Ltd

New Zealand Cricket uses the Executive Assistant for a range of executive support functions. The service is outstanding, whatever the task. Berny is a very fast worker and has a depth of experience and an eye for detail which is second to none.

Steve Addison, Public Affairs Manager, New Zealand Cricket, Inc.

It is with pleasure that I write this reference for Bernadette Sanders, The Executive Assistant. Very simply, the work Berny does exceeds my expectations - she is the epitome of professionalism and works very well to deadlines. Furthermore, she is not only a whiz on Word and Excel, she improves upon my syntax and vocabulary. The service she provides has assisted enormously and I would gladly recommend her.
